DC Tech Start-Up Acquires Assets from GRC Industry Leader ETHIX360 acquires assets from Charlotte based Intercede Inc.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, but the transaction was closed with unanimous consent of both companies’ Boards of Directors. Intercede Inc. had been a leader in the GRC Case Management space for over 10 years, serving clients including Publix, Safeway, State Farm, State of Florida, the Tennessee Valley Authority, General Motors, Peabody Energy, Children’s Hospital, Federal Express and over 1,000 others since their founding in 2004.
