Former HR Executive Joins Compliance Start-Up
January 1, 2016 | Washington, DC – Josh McConnell has joined ETHIX360 as EVP of Strategy and Alliances. In his role, Josh will lead all of ETHIX360’s efforts around channel development on a global basis, as well as serve on the executive leadership team of the company. Josh’s near 30 years of experience as an executive in the HR industry allow him to bring tremendous institutional knowledge to bear on the challenges companies face regarding compliance. As a long time executive at Lowell, MA based Kronos Incorporated, Josh held various executive and leadership roles that included establishing and overseeing key resellers and channel partners, managing regional offices and serving as a key member of teams that evaluated numerous M&A opportunities
