January 10, 2018 | Washington, DC and Palm Springs, CA – ETHIX360 announced today that it had reached agreement to acquire the assets of Palm Springs, CA based Devesys Technologies, Inc. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, but the transaction was closed with unanimous consent of both companies’ Boards of Directors.
Devesys had been a GRC case management solution leader for over 22 years, serving clients including Caterpillar, Abbott Labs, Rockwell Collins, HCA, Xerox, Frontier Communications, one of the four top international accountancy firms and many others.
