A note from Ethix 360:

We are excited to partner with Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools and applaud their effort to combat bullying behavior.

Never has school safety, and the safety of our children been more important and ETHIX360 is applying 15 years of experience in uncovering negative behaviors in the corporate world and sharing that technology with K12.

ETHIX360 is a proud member of the Charlotte business community.  The kids in CMS are our kids and our neighbors kids.

We’d like to thank Dr. Wilcox for making the safety of our kids and a healthy climate for learning paramount in his platform as superintendent.

ETHIX360 began as company providing reporting services for the corporate world and served many clients ranging from corporate global 50 to small businesses, including hospitals – manufacturers – retailers – banks -and government entities.  Our vision has always been to provide a platform to support anonymous reporting of behavior that are detrimental to the climate and culture of the clients we proudly serve.

Sadly, recent events have placed a bright light on school safety, and as a company we knew that we were being called to help in anyway we can.

A protected way to report bullying

New CMS platform allows anonymity for students, staff and parents

What:  Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools has launched a new digital platform that allows anonymous reporting of bullying. The platform, accessible on every school’s website as well as the district’s home page, offers a user-friendly way for students, staff and the public to report concerns.

The anonymous reporting is part of the district’s initiative to prevent bullying by encouraging students to “Stand Up and Speak Out.” The CMS program has been used as a model by other school districts.
