November 10, 2020 | Charlotte, NC: ETHIX360 announced today that it has committed to both the Corporate ParityPledge® in Support of Women and the Corporate ParityPledge® in Support of People of Color.

The ParityPledge® has been signed by companies such as Adobe, Best Buy, PepsiCo, and Clorox. All companies who sign the pledge commit to increasing representation within their organizations by interviewing and considering at least one qualified woman and one qualified person of color for every open role, VP and higher, including the C-Suite and the Board.

Of the company’s decision to sign the pledge, ETHIX360 CEO J Rollins said, “ETHIX360 has always seen value in hiring talent spanning all races, genders, orientations, and backgrounds. Signing the ParityPledge® was the logical next step in expressing our commitment to diversity and representation within our company. We’re excited to continue investing in great employees because of, not in spite of, who they are.”

The ETHIX360 blog brings you weekly updates on all things human resources and compliance.

Parity.Org is the leading organization working to eliminate the racial and gender gap in corporate leadership, where the gap is the widest.
